This Friday, Aug. 16: Angkor Wat Film Festival @MauiArtsCulture

Mental Health Kokua and Angkor Wat International is presenting their Happy Day film festival. Enjoy a day full of celebratory films in both 2D and 3D that promote awareness through cultural and environmental preservation. Featured will be Wild Africa 3D (10am), Cirque Du Soleil – Worlds Away 3D (12pm), Bhutan – The Height of Happiness 2D and Papua 3D (2pm) and Chasing Ice 2D (4pm). The main event will begin with a presentation by Dr. Gary Greenberg and concluding with Cave of Forgotten Dreams 3D and 7pm. Keiki 12 years and younger are free at the 10am and noon showings. 3D glasses will be provided and collected after the films. $7 per film. $27 main event.
