ProArts presents “Smokey Joe’s Cafe,” a revue of novelty pop songs by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller. The award-winning musical features 39 hits, ranging from rock ‘n roll to blues and jazz. “Jailhouse Rock,” “Hound Dog” and “Stand By Me” are just a few of the classics heard during the lively Broadway production. Director Aly Cardinalli both choreographs and performs. Opening night is Dec. 7 and the show plays until Dec. 23, 2012; Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30pm and Sundays at 3pm.
