What do you get when you mix roots, Reggae, samba and soul? You get Quetzal Guerrero, who for the first time in Hawaii will grace the Casanova stage (along with DJ Miss Sunny Z). Guerrero’s an American born Latin Soul singer who was just four when he picked up the violin and hasn’t put it down since. He studied violin at the famous International Academy of the Suzuki Method in Japan, and the Conservatorio Pernambucano de Musica in Recife, Brazil. Quetzal’s proficiency in violin, guitar, percussion and vocal has left him in the category of prominent artists in the Latin Soul music scene. $10. 9:30pm. Casanova (1188 Makawao Ave.); 808-572-0220, Qviolin.com
