This is my third week back at writing Picks of the Week, and WTF? It’s New Year’s! When I was whisked away to play in Cancer Land, I had hardly finished my trick-or-treating.

Turns out, Mulligan’s on the Blue (874-1131) is as trapped in October as I am.
